These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the UrbanTreelogy website, mobile application, related services, and content (together, the Services). In these terms, “UrbanTreelogy”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the creators and operators of the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Subject to these terms and any applicable App Store or Google Play terms, UrbanTreelogy grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the application and Services for their intended purpose.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the Services or any UrbanTreelogy content to you.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, the original source code, application and website design, text, graphics, illustrations, app screenshots, branding, audio, user-interface elements, and other original materials made available through the Services are owned by UrbanTreelogy and its creators or are used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, remove ownership notices from, or create derivative works from proprietary UrbanTreelogy materials without our prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.
Third-party software, fonts, services, trademarks, store marks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their applicable terms. Nothing in these terms claims ownership of third-party material or restricts rights granted by a third-party licence.
“UrbanTreelogy”, its logo, and associated brand elements may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or origin without prior written permission.
You retain any rights you hold in photos, notes, garden records, and other content you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services for you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not infringe another person's rights or violate applicable law.

UrbanTreelogy provides general gardening information and AI-assisted suggestions. Plant identification, diagnosis, toxicity information, weather responses, and care recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace qualified professional advice.
Always independently verify safety-critical information, including plant toxicity, pesticide or fertilizer use, environmental risks, and advice affecting children, pets, health, or property. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to the applicable store's terms. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests may need to be managed through the store that processed the purchase.

The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms and services. Their availability, content, and practices are controlled by their respective providers. Use of a third-party service is subject to that provider's terms and policies.
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. We may restrict access where these terms are materially violated.
You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account using the process described on the account-deletion page.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every plant, environment, or purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UrbanTreelogy and its creators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or reliance on the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts competent under applicable law.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, or our practices. We will publish the revised terms on this page and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
